Scope of These Terms
These terms apply to products purchased directly through The LXRY Ice Collection online shop and checkout.
The LXRY Ice website also features products, services, trade options, event services and bespoke items that may not be available to purchase through the online shop. These may be subject to separate quotations, pricing, availability, lead times, delivery arrangements or agreed terms.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate. However, images are for guidance only and the appearance of the product may vary slightly.
Our products are frozen and perishable. Customers are responsible for storing and handling products appropriately once they have been delivered or collected.
Pricing and VAT
All prices shown on the online shop are in Euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to update prices, products, delivery charges and availability at any time.
Orders and Payment
Orders are placed through our online checkout. Payment must be completed at the time of order using the payment methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, delivery details are incomplete or incorrect, or there is an obvious error in the order or pricing.
If this happens after payment has been received, any payment taken will be refunded in full.
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection are subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
We currently deliver online orders within Ireland only. Where collection is available and selected at checkout, customers must wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready for collection before travelling to the depot.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Cancellations, returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Our products are frozen and perishable, so returns for change of mind are not accepted once an order has been dispatched, delivered or collected.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that:
- All order details are accurate before placing an order
- The delivery address, email address and phone number are correct
- Someone is available to receive the delivery where required
- Products are stored appropriately once received
- Collection orders are only collected after a ready-for-collection confirmation has been received
Availability
All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss a replacement, refund or alternative arrangement.
