Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with The LXRY Ice Collection.

Our products are frozen and perishable. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched, delivered or collected.

This does not affect your statutory rights. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, unusable, or there is another genuine issue with your order, please contact us and we will review the matter.

Damaged, Incorrect or Unusable Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.

If your order is damaged, incorrect or unusable, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or collection at info@lxryice.ie.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We will review each case individually. Where we accept that there is a valid issue with the order, we may offer a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution, depending on the circumstances.

Returns

Because our products are frozen and perishable, we do not accept returned items unless we have specifically agreed this with you in advance.

Please do not send any items back to us without contacting us first. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been dispatched or prepared for collection.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@lxryice.ie. Once an order has been dispatched, or once a collection order has been prepared, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Delivery Issues

We currently deliver using DPD. Delivery is normally expected within 1–2 business days, although delivery times may vary depending on courier availability and local conditions.

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct when placing your order. If a delivery fails because the customer has provided incorrect details, is unavailable to receive the order, or misses the delivery, the customer may be responsible for any redelivery costs or losses arising from the failed delivery.

Collection Orders

If collection is available and selected at checkout, please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready for collection before travelling to the depot.
