Thank you for shopping with The LXRY Ice Collection.
We currently deliver online orders within Ireland only. All home delivery orders are sent using DPD.
Delivery Areas
At launch, we deliver to addresses in Ireland only.
We do not currently offer UK, EU or international delivery through the online store.
Delivery Method
Home delivery orders are sent by DPD.
A flat delivery charge will be shown at checkout. Delivery charges include VAT where applicable.
Delivery Timeframe
Delivery is normally expected within 1–2 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on courier availability, local conditions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Frozen and Perishable Products
Because our products are frozen and perishable, it is important that customers provide accurate delivery details and are available to receive their order when it arrives.
Please ensure that your delivery address, phone number and email address are correct when placing your order.
Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Delivery Details
If a delivery fails because the customer has provided incorrect delivery details, is unavailable to receive the order, or misses the delivery, the customer may be responsible for any redelivery costs or losses arising from the failed delivery.
Collection from The Ice Depot
Where collection is available and selected at checkout, customers must wait until they receive confirmation that their order is ready for collection before travelling to the depot.

Order Cut-off Times
There is currently no specific order cut-off time. Orders will be processed as soon as possible during normal working hours.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your delivery, or your order arrives damaged, incorrect or unusable, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
