Choosing Your Ice
Different shapes suit different drinks and occasions
Ice Cubes
Our crystal-clear cubes are available in a selection of sizes, giving you the flexibility to choose the right ice for your glassware and drinks.
Larger cubes are particularly suited to spirits and cocktails where slower dilution is important.
Collins
Tall, elegant Collins ice is designed for highball and Collins-style glasses, creating a distinctive presentation while providing excellent cooling.
Ice Spheres
Crystal-clear spheres combine slow dilution with a premium appearance and are ideal for whiskey, premium spirits and cocktails.
Specialty Shapes
Our collection also includes Hearts, Diamonds and Shamrocks, giving cocktails, celebrations and events something a little different.
Whiskey Cubes
Our smaller 25mm Whiskey Cubes provide a traditional cube format designed specifically for serving whiskey and other spirits.
Delivery & Dispatch
We currently deliver online orders within Ireland
Orders Before 12 Noon
Orders placed before 12 noon on a working day are normally prepared and dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery.
Orders After 12 Noon
Orders received after the daily cutoff will normally be processed on the following working day.
Friday & Weekend Orders
Orders placed after 12 noon on Friday, or during the weekend, will normally be processed from Monday.
Bank holidays may also affect dispatch and delivery times.
Because LXRY Ice is a frozen product, we always recommend ordering with sufficient time before an event or occasion rather than relying on a last-minute delivery.
Receiving Your Ice
Your order should be transferred to a suitable freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
Please ensure somebody is available to receive the order where possible, particularly because the contents are frozen and should not be left unrefrigerated for extended periods.
If there is any obvious issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
Collection
Collection may be available from The Ice Depot, Co. Wicklow
Orders may also be available for collection from The Ice Depot, Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow.
Where collection is available, the relevant option will be shown during checkout.
Cancellations & Returns
Ice is a frozen, perishable product
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they have been dispatched.
Once an order has entered the dispatch process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible.
Returns
Because ice is a frozen and perishable product, we cannot normally accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or there is a genuine problem with the delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it.
We may ask you to provide photographs showing the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate resolution may include a replacement or refund, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Full details are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
