Do I need a discount code?
No. Eligible online discounts are applied automatically at checkout.
Can the first-order discount and €150 discount be combined?
Yes.
A new customer spending €150 or more can qualify for 20% off their first order plus an additional 10% off for spending €150 or more.
How much ice is in each pack?
Our online handcrafted ice collection is sold in packs of 12 pieces.
The exact size and weight varies according to the type of ice.
Where do you deliver?
Online delivery is currently available within Ireland.
How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12 noon on a working day are normally dispatched the same day.
Orders received after the cutoff are normally processed on the next working day.
Do you deliver at weekends?
Orders placed after the Friday cutoff or during the weekend are normally processed from Monday.
Can I collect my order?
Collection may be available from The Ice Depot in Baltinglass, Co. Wicklow. Available collection options will be shown during checkout.
What should I do when my ice arrives?
Place it into a suitable freezer as soon as possible.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photographs if the ice or packaging has been damaged or the order is incorrect.
